You must complete the online registration application before making an appointment. To make an appointment, please email the Registrar/Counseling Office Secretary Diana Fernandez at dfernandez@tamdistrict.org and include the name of your student. We will do our best to schedule you for the first available appointment. Parking is limited. Please allow enough time to find a parking space. 

Required documents to provide at the enrollment appointment:
 
- Three proofs of residency as indicated in the District Residency Requirements
- Student's immunization records (translated into English)
- Student’s transcript from last school attended
- Student MUST be present for enrollment appointment.
